Founder
Daniel J. Maneveld is a founder, operator, and venture builder focused on execution, systems, and scalable venture infrastructure. He has built and operated ventures across education, trade, and deep tech, with a focus on aligning strategy, execution, and investor readiness from the earliest stages. Daniel leads the development of structured execution frameworks and data-driven systems, including LP-1000, designed to standardize performance, reduce friction, and enable ventures to scale with clarity and control.

Steve Munich
Founder
Steve Munich is a veteran operator, advisor, and investor with experience across semiconductors, electronic design automation, and deep tech startups. He has been involved in over 100 startup investments with more than $2.5B in follow-on capital and has contributed to the commercialization of industry-defining technologies including Verilog and SystemVerilog. Steve now advises and supports ventures focused on AI and advanced technologies, with a strong emphasis on execution, standards, and scalable systems.
Alex P. Vo
Founder
Alex P. Vo is a versatile operator with experience across education, biotech, and customer-facing roles, bringing a strong focus on communication, adaptability, and execution. He has worked across international environments and complex industries, developing the ability to simplify concepts, manage stakeholders, and deliver consistently under pressure. Alex is also a co-founder of JustFound and plays a key role in aligning operations, communication, and execution across ventures within the Prelabz ecosystem.

Do you invest in ventures?
Currently, we do not invest. Our focus is on structure, execution, and investor readiness. This may evolve in the future.
Do you accept equity instead of fees?
In select cases, we may take equity in place of or alongside a retainer. This is highly selective and limited to ventures with strong alignment, execution potential, and long-term value.
What stage do you work with?
Pre-seed, seed, late-seed/Pre-series A, and Series A currently
Who is not a fit for Prelabz?
We do not work with idea-stage ventures without a clear operator, domain expertise, or commitment to execution.
We also do not work with teams looking for passive support or purely advisory relationships without accountability.
How do engagements work?
Engagements are hands-on and structured. We work closely with teams to align strategy and execution, with clear accountability and defined outcomes.
Do you support pitch decks and investor materials?
Yes. We support the development of pitch decks and IC-level data rooms as part of a broader execution and investor readiness process.
This includes structuring the narrative, aligning data with execution, and ensuring materials reflect how the venture actually operates, not just how it is presented.
Do you work on retainer or equity basis?
We work on retainer and / or equity models. Our retainers range from $2000 - $10,000 PM.
For those who prefer equity we take 4% for post-revenue startups, and 6% for pre-revenue startups.
Some startups prefer hybrid model of retainer and equity. We are flexible depending on startups needs.
